Omg, I cannot stress enough how professional everyone is at New Granite. From Kate to Eva to Arthur and the install/fabrication guys (Borgdon and team)! I love each and everyone of these people. I walked in on a Friday, Kate showed me stones and had Arthur at my house the following Wednesday to take measurements. The install guys came the Friday after which was within the timeframe they provided to me. Everything went exceptionally well. Install was efficient and the guys (Borgdon and his team) cleaned up nicely. I totally recommend New Granite because they were very reasonably priced, super courteous and absolutely professional! I am meticulous in choosing contractors and New Granite met all of my requirements and I am truly satisfied. Well done! ~ marie c

I put a ton of effort into selecting and installing my granite countertop. I worked with a different fabricator at first. Making the switch to New was a good decision. They always answer the phone, always had courteous and thorough information to give me. Were very responsive on email. And take it from someone who visited 5 different showrooms from Long Island to New Jersey, they have the largest selection. Once I completed my long drawn out selection process (totally me making a long hard decision) New was ready to go. Within a few days Matt was at my house with this cool machine taking measurements, and a week later it was being installed. And it fit perfect! Beautiful edges. Barely there seam. This is the third kitchen that I had done with this company and they are , by far, the best.!! Their installers are professional and know exactly what to do to make the job look great and complete. I actually ordered the quartz on a Tuesday and it was already installed by Friday, three days later. Although the owner Matt said it may have been a mix up it allowed me to rent the property one month early and ultimately saved money. I also priced out other quartz and a cabinet and flooring store in Passaic but new granite beat the price as they are a direct supplier and installer, no middle man. Matt also is very willing to share his knowledge in home renovations as it seems he wants all people to succeed. This is a great company. David Dennis Garfield ~ J D

No pressure sales. Brought my 2 kids with me to the show room and was greeted and treated well by Kate who answered all my questions and presented recommendations and suggestions for everything including material types, edge finishes, and sink options (options in black would have been nice). Price was reasonable. They worked with my schedule to get the measurements done which took very little time. On-time arrival and very professional with care and attention to detail. The guys came in the morning and did the installation, which was done within an hour -this included center island, small island, 2-piece install on one wall, and long section on the sink wall. Everything went smoothly and fit perfectly without any problems. Will gladly recommend New Granite & Marble to friends and family. ~ dean m

Fantastic quality, service, and price. New Granite & Marble provided granite for our kitchen renovation & marble for our master bathroom in Nutley. The kitchen included a granite countertop -- perfect construction, the one (necessary) seam is well placed & invisible. Our kitchen island was done in a double thickness, perfectly mitered at the corner edge. They also provided marble for our bathroom counter, shower, and tub surround. Templates were made exactly, and turnaround time was surprisingly quick. We were able to select colors from their stock, and additional slabs were ordered as needed, which we were also able to review before installation. Amazing work and service, highly recommended. Working with Kate and Matt from New Granite and Marble was a home owners dream. We originally stopped in to look at the granite after receiving a very favorable quote from Kate via email. Little did we know that they also did cabinets, which ended up saving us a lot of time and energy being able to hire ONE contractor to do it all. They handled everything for us during our kitchen remodel, even installed our backsplash! . Kate and Matt were both very knowledgeable and guided us along the entire process. Kate re-working our kitchen design multiple times by my request and helping all my ideas come to life made this whole process enjoyable. My experience with this company was great from start to finish. I couldn’t go to the showroom because of covid and the whole process was done through email and text messages. They were able to accommodate me right away with someone to come out and do measurements for new countertops. Within a week it was done and what an awesome job they did! I couldn’t have done any of this if it wasn’t for Annette, she was extremely helpful with providing me with all options and took the time to answer each and every question I had. I was weary to go with this company because they are located in NJ and I’m upstate in Dutchess county, I’m so happy I did. Nothing makes me happier than when a vendor sets clear expectations and then exceeds them. New Granite & Marble did exactly that. They were transparent about the kitchen counter material we selected for a Manhattan property (Dekton!) and explained its qualities and the installation timeline in detail. Communication was excellent throughout and they kept me informed about when to expect their team’s arrival(s). The installation crew were true professionals: efficient, knowledgeable, and no-fuss. Hands down this is the best company in the States. I've been trying different places for years, had many so called "professionals" come into my house and pretend to try to make things the way they should be. Lots of stress, time and money was waisted on wrong companies before I found New Granite & Marble Inc. It all paid off once I had a beautiful high end marble installed by this company in my home for the best price. They are pleasant to deal with, very, very professional, clean and quick. . My contractor recommended New Granite and Marble when I was renovating my kitchen and a powder room. I chose two types of granite - with two different finishes. I was an awkward customer in that I wanted the granite ready and installed yesterday and Matt and his guys managed to have it ready in a few days. They installed a breakfast island, 3 sink surrounds and also with the left over granite suggested using it for a fire place and hearth. Matt measured and designed it himself and it looks amazing. The company is professional, reasonably priced and the quality of finish and installation was great. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. ~ Nicky C

Working with Matt and Tom from New Granite and Marble was a real pleasure. They are very professional, easy to deal with and get their job done within days. They are pros and deliver best quality product!!!! The entire process from taking the template to slab installation took only 5 days. They have great prices, good selection of slabs. We hire New Granite and Marble to do our kitchen and bathroom granite. If I only knew earlier that they also carry cabinets I would have order that from them too.... Hands down New Granite and Marble were/are the ONLY team to consider. Our renovation took months, and Kate and Eva were so patient and helpful in the planning and creation of our dream home. Extremely professional, expert product knowledge and best value for our money amongst 3 other stone suppliers in Northern NJ. Measurement and installers totally professional and practiced Social Distancing and Masks when they came to the house. Everything triple measured with lasers and installed to the millimeter. RECENTLY UPGRADED KITCHEN AND FOUND NEW GRANITE & MARBLE THRU WEB. I WAS PLEASANTLY SUPRISED WITH THE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL WAY THAT I WAS SERVED AS A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER. THE FAST AND KNOWELEDGABLE ADVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM THE INITIAL CONSULTATION LED ME TO REALIZE THAT THEY WOULD BE THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR MY PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION.I WENT TO THEIR ESTABLISHMENT AND CHOSE A GRANITE SLAB FOR MY PROJECT. WITHIN 2 DAYS, THE INHOUSE TEMPLATING WAS COMPLETE AND QUICKLY THE GRANITE WAS INSTALLED AND LOOKS FABULOUS. THE WHOLE PURCHASE, FROM SELECTION TO INSTALL WAS ABOUT 4 DAYS. I needed to purchase Quartz for my kitchen and Laundry room and had been to several showrooms here in NJ. My neighbor had used New Granite & Marble recently and recommended I go there to look around. I am so glad that I did! Kate and Eva listened to what I had in mind regarding coloring and did a great job of helping me narrow down the choices and showed me some beautiful quartz. I was given samples to take home, too. Once I finalized my decisions, Kate quoted me and the price fit into my budget. I was up against a timeline and Kate worked some magic and had the templating and installation done really quickly. The installation team (two visits, once for the counters and once for the backsplash) arrived right on time, actually, they were early both visits! We had great experience with New Granite and Marble who prepared and installed the Quartz counter-top. Matt is very pleasant and professional. I was so pleased with the overall experience that I called to thank him afterwards!!! From the very beginning to the end - he delivered as he promised. Also I have to say - the seam on the counter top looks like it is seamless!!! I am very grateful to the guys for such a wonderful job! Thankful I found New Granite & Marble! I was looking for last minute custom shower saddles in Quartz, and I needed them as soon as possible. I went there unsure of what I really needed and Matt and Tommy took the time to help me, and made it smooth and easy- and it was done in just a few days. Now recently I came back because I was having a hard time looking for a double bowl vanity top- and someone said I should just have one made. I remembered what a great experience I had the first time- so I came back. This time I was helped by a new guy David and of course Tommy and Kate. Easy and simple- another great experience. Looking for the best granite selection and customer service responsiveness, delivery and expert installation, then Kate and Matt are the people to deal with. We were in search of an amazing stone, they provided the selection, finishing and delivery/install days earlier then we actually expected it to be ready. Crucial to picking a granite supplier, we were looking for a company who returns calls, is willing to answer any question and cares about our project as much as we do. Our granite project turned out better then we ever expected. We liked their product and service so much that we also asked them to custom make two end tables and also a custom bar countertop. My family looked for a reasonably priced granite location and after some of our own research, we came across New Granite & Marble. First of all, they are very responsive, which I believe is most important for a service/product provider. They were able to provide us a quick quote and install the granite with a sink within a week (of course timing will depend on how busy they are). We were very pleased with the customer service and product. This was back in 2016. We recently had an issue with our sink (garbage disposal was too heavy) which ultimately effected the surrounding granite. I was able to contract New Granite & Marble and the owner responded right away, and even better, he was able to provide help within a day. If you are looking for a counter top company, this is your place. They are honest and provide the best work. I look forward to using them on a next home purchase. ~ Dalia E

I ordered the granite and was very happy with the service, selection and the final product. I picked them by good reviews because I had a very tight deadline and no room for errors. They measured the next day and the granite was installed a day BEFORE they said they could do it. In terms of price, they are very competitive. Although I was able to find another place in southern NJ that charged less, every second review there mentioned mistakes and issues. When buying an expensive piece of stone that is the focal point in my kitchen I want to be sure it is done right and on first try. These guys done just that and are a pleasure to work with. ~ Natalia S

My kitchen renovation was almost done and ready to be enjoyed. One last major purchase left, the granite. So I began to shop around and after receiving the quote from New Granite & Marble I was more than pleased. They have granite to fit just about any budget. If you are on a tight schedule you definitely cannot beat their turnaround from template to install. And when they came out to install, their professionalism and attention to detail was top notch. We used New Granite & Marble to install our Cambria quartz countertops. They have so many stones in stock to choose from and they allowed me to take my time looking through them all. I ultimately was able to tag the exact slabs that I wanted. I worked with Eva to set up the project and she was friendly prompt and thorough with all project details and correspondence. All measurements are done with laser. The installers were prompt, friendly and did a phenomenal job with the seams. I first stepped into the showroom on October 15th. The counters were installed November 2nd. I couldn't be happier with the services provided. ~ Debra Y

I’ve been flipping houses for a long time and these are best stone professionals I’ve ever encountered; and their prices are great too. Bart was a joy to work with and very knowledgeable. As promised measured on Monday install on Saturday Matt the owner and his installers were top notch as well. Having spent a lot of time on this kitchen and fireplaces , I was so relieved to discover that NGM was equally meticulous. White glove service from the 1st call.
